Be included: gas, electricity, water, bedding and towels for each guest with weekly change, air conditioning / heating, LCD digital TV, refrigerator, kitchen, electronic safe, room service, beach, car parking.
The final cleaning will be an extra charge of € 35.00 (Kitchen must be left clean).
Each extra change of bed linen and towels € 10.00.
Cot (for children under 3 years) including linen € 35.00 per week.
Reservations must be validated within 10 days with a deposit of € 200.00 being the difference may be paid in cash or by credit card.
A deposit of € 100.00 will be required as security for any damage or breakage during the leased period. This deposit will be made on departure after checking the apartment.
